Re: An Incredible Phenomenon and Treasur
Okay, the story so far: Someone who calls himself (or, possibly, herself) Larry uses a search engine to find webpages containing the word "treasure." Among others, he (or she; let's assume it's a he for now) finds this aphorism by Anthony J. D'Angelo here at Aphorisms Galore! Now for the interesting part. He decides that this page, just for mentioning the word "treasure," would be an appropriate place for him to link to a site advertising the "sacred mighty supreme cosmic intelligence" of a Bulgarian psychic who purports to be able to locate lost treasures. Why don't these psychics ever keep their skills to themselves and keep all the treasures they find, instead of working for others for, in this case, a measly $5 a month? And if they're truly "the most powerful prophets and phenomena," why do they need to advertise their services? Kind of funny, isn't it?
