Aphorisms Galore!

Comcast email trouble. If you are a Comcast user, you are probably not receiving any subscription email messages (like the Aphorism of the Day) right now. Or any email from me, for that matter. Comcast claims my email server is on some sort of blacklist. I'm working on it.

I am not sure that I exist, actually....

This is an aphorism from Aphorisms Galore!'s official collection. It was the Aphorism of the Day for 2017-09-12.

I am not sure that I exist, actually. I am all the writers that I have read, all the people that I have met, all the women that I have loved; all the cities that I have visited, all my ancestors... Perhaps I would have liked to be my father, who wrote but has the decency of not publishing.

Jorge Luis Borges, in Wisdom and Ignorance
