Bio info on Arnold Glasgow

If I were to quote Mr. Glasgow in an article I'm writing, how would I describe him (ie: Mark Twain, American author; Will Rogers, American humorist; Helmut Kohl, German statesman; etc., etc.)?

Yeah for some reason i cannot locate any information on this Arnold Glasgow person, im using one of his quotes in a speech i am writing, i have to convince people that he was somewhat important, heck i cannot even find my 'G' encyclopedia. Any help?
